Design Tips

Here are some design tips…

  1. Measure your product properly.

    Make sure that the length, width, and height of your product are less than the dimensions of the folding carton in order to ensure the perfect fit.

  2. Choose a box style.

    Please see the list of box styles that we offer or contact us if your are not sure which one will work for you. Any of the box styles can be modified to include an insert, partition, or divider if you need to package several products.

  3. Ensure that your die line is in the correct size.

    This can be confirmed with us and requested here.

  4. Apply your graphic design to the die line, following the requirements listed below.

    a. All colors should be converted to CMYK. PMS colors must stay in PMS format.
    b. All images should be 300 dpi.
    c. All fonts must be converted to outlines.
    d. There must be a 1/8″ bleed along the edges.
    e. Graphics or texts should not be places close to the cutting and folding lines.

  5. (Optional) If needed, request a print proof from us.

    The colors that you see on your screen and your printer may not match the ones that come off the printing press. The color on the proof requested from us will be 85% accurate.

  6. Upload your file.
